Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States.
Note: Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Heels on Two's is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible. To request a cancellation or change, email heelsontwos@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at heelsontwos@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Event Purchases
Items purchased in person at events and pop-ups are fulfilled on-site. No shipping required.
